Vasconcelos Raposo Pharmacy, located in the parish of Capelas, began its activities in 1984, and has a large presence in its geographical area, as it is the only pharmacy in the northwest area of the island of São Miguel.
In the early 1990s, with a view to evolving the pharmacy model, it moved to a more central area of the parish, with new facilities and better accessibility. In 2023, it redesigned its space, moving to a more appealing area of the parish. The new space provides a pleasant, welcoming and spacious service area, thus allowing it to offer its users better and more modern services, thus meeting the needs of those who seek it, with automated medication dispensing processes and individualized medication preparation.
It currently has a technical team consisting of three pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians.

Vasconcelos Raposo Pharmacy has been very determined to gain the trust and consolidate its customers, striving, day after day, for excellence in the best interests of its clients.
In the course of her work, she diligently seeks to understand and analyze the concerns of the people who come to her, in order to support them in matters related to medication.
